PARTS WARRANTY   AND   RETURN    POLICY:

Alfa Heaven offers a 30 day replacement warranty to the original purchaser on any defective part sold by us, excluding merchandise sold "as-is" or as clearance merchandise.  We make no other promise,  guarantee  or  warranty, expressed or implied.

ALFA CLEARANCE PARTS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES.

Claims for goods damaged in shipping must be processed through the carrier.

Electrical, used and special order items are not returnable.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice however prices quoted are valid for 5 days from the date of the price quote (although we do not hold stock on the basis of a price quote).

We assume no responsibility or liability for any injury or damages from the use of products sold by us. Our liability is limited to the original cost of the merchandise and is subject to the manufacturer's warranty only.

Note to overseas customers:   Unfortunately, customs makes it financially impossible to accept returns from overseas,  therefore,  items shipped overseas are non-returnable.  If you have a problem with an order please, do call and we will do what we can to resolve the problem. We have many satisfied overseas customers.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

We will replace defective or wrong parts shipped with another part or refund the cost of the part if another is not available.  All parts returned must be in original boxes, un-used and saleable.  All returns are subject to a 15% or $25.00 restocking charge, whichever is less.  Prior approval must be obtained before merchandise can be returned.  Please read above section to determine if your purchase is returnable.

If you need to return a part there are a few simple rules you must adhere to:

  • Be sure your item is a returnable part.
  • Have your original invoice in front of you.
  • Call Alfa Heaven Parts Department.    
  • We will issue a return authorization number.  This number must be put on the outside of the shipping container.  Enclose your original invoice. You have 10 days to return parts after the authorization number has been issued. No C.O.D. or unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please allow two weeks for processing.
